Noam Avrahami

One of the founders and owners of the company, Noam, is a real estate entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate investment analysis in Israel and abroad. He is responsible for strategic and financial planning, investment decisions, analysis, and conducting economic due diligence for real estate transactions, acquisitions, financing activities, managing connections overseas, and supervising all aspects of company operations, emphasizing financial activities.

Noam has been active in real estate in Israel and abroad for over a decade and has acquired a reputation for prestige, reliability, and quality. He began his career in the world of banking. In the past, he served in various financial roles, the primary one being senior investment consultant at Bank Leumi, where, due to his extensive financial and analytical skills, Noam was selected for the managerial reserve track of the bank. In his last position at the bank, Noam managed investment portfolios worth hundreds of millions of shekels.

Noam holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from Bar Ilan University, specializing in Finance, and is licensed by the Israel Securities Authority as an investment consultant.
