Adv. Milech, one of the founders and owners of the company, is experienced in real estate investment in Israel and abroad. He is responsible for the operational branch of the company and ongoing supervision and monitoring of assets management, with an emphasis on operational and legal activity with outside parties. Adv. Milech has been active in real estate in Israel and abroad for the past decade, both in accompanying and legal representation of investors, as well as being an entrepreneur.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and in view of his academic achievements, received a certificate of merit from the Minister of Justice in Israel in 2009.
