Tomer Maymon

Tomer Maimon is Vice President of Asset Management at R.O.I Capital Group, where he oversees the performance and management of the company’s real estate portfolio. Focusing on maximizing value, streamlining operations, and ensuring long-term growth, Tomer plays a key role in driving the company’s asset management strategy and operational excellence.

In his previous role as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Tomer oversaw and optimized our day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

In his current position, he leads the identification and execution of strategic and innovative initiatives, some directly related to our core real estate activities in the U.S., and others exploring new and complementary markets.

His responsibilities encompass identifying business opportunities, formulating action plans, building operational and financial infrastructures, and managing projects end-to-end from ideation through launch and stabilization, ultimately transitioning them to the appropriate teams for ongoing management.

Tomer’s career is rooted in strong leadership and operational expertise. His background includes significant military roles, including combat soldier, commander, and personal bodyguard to the Chief of the General Staff, the highest-ranking officer in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). He later extended his expertise internationally as the Deputy Security Officer for El Al’s cargo operations in Paris.

In addition to his operational background, Tomer has entrepreneurial experience, having successfully established and managed an independent retail venture. This combination of leadership, innovation, and hands-on management gives him a unique perspective on optimizing performance and achieving results.
